1. Billing Cycle and Payment
When you subscribe to M3, you pay for the current month of service. Your subscription provides immediate access to all premium features for the billing period you have paid for.
2. Subscription End Policy
Important: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel auto-renewal. You will receive the full month of service that you have paid for, and your access will continue uninterrupted when auto-renewal processes your next payment.
3. Payment Schedule
- Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
- Annual Subscriptions: Billed yearly on the same date you initially subscribed
- Payment Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
- Grace Period: No grace period - access ends when the paid period expires
4. Auto-Renewal
By default, subscriptions automatically renew to provide uninterrupted service. Your subscription will continue and you will be charged automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel auto-renewal in your account settings.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all new subscriptions
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date
- If you disable auto-renewal, your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing period
- You will receive email reminders before each auto-renewal charge
5. Pro-Rated Billing
We do not offer pro-rated billing for partial months. When you subscribe, you pay for the full month regardless of when during the month you subscribe. Your full access period begins immediately and runs for the complete billing cycle.
6. Failed Payments
If an auto-renewal payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over 7 days
- You will be notified via email of payment failures and retry attempts
- If payment cannot be processed after all retry attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
- Access will end at the conclusion of your current paid period if payment cannot be recovered
7. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access nature of our digital service:
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds for partial usage of a billing period
- No refunds for cancelled subscriptions
- Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will:
- Not affect your current billing period
- Take effect at your next auto-renewal
- Be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance
- Give you the option to cancel auto-renewal before the new pricing takes effect
9. Account Management
You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard:
- View current subscription status and next renewal date
- Disable auto-renewal to end subscription at current period's end
- Update payment methods for auto-renewal
- Download billing receipts and invoices
- Cancel auto-renewal to prevent future charges
